Does anybody know if the new head that Polaris installs when your head cracks is an updated head? Or is it just going to crack again?

I've been away for a while, is there a known problem w/ the head, or a recall, or something like that?

I thought that I read that other people had this problem.

After almost 6 months and approximately 2200 km, coolant started to leak out of the weep hole on the top end of my engine. Polaris is going to replace the head, but I was wondering if it's the same shitty head.

If anybody knows, I would appreciate it.

IT was a flawin the mold for the early heads. The replacement ones are supposedly better.

I'm still hoping mine is fine because it was built the same time as the ones who had head problems. I just haven't had the time to ride since I bought it. I'm finally over 10 hours since I bought it.
