Talked to my dealer yesterday.They are getting me all new ball joints upper and lowers and under warrenty.They called their polaris rep and he said they are getting a new manufacture to make the ball joints now.I should have mine today or tomarrow.The new ones should be a lot better.I will keep you updated.

Do I have to take the whole quad in to get the ball joints?

You will have to talk to your dealer.I am putting mine in my self.that way i can get them in and do some riding with out the wait..

Do you know the build date cut-off for the new ball joint installs? When did they start installing the new production joints on them? Crypto
