Polaris factory reps met yesterday at my dealer and went over my quad with a fine-toothed comb. It was determined that my Pred does lean to one side and is unacceptable. My dealer is going to bat for me on getting me a new quad and Polaris just wants to replace frame. Meanwhile; I have gotten in less than an hour of ride time on a month old quad. :( I have been very patient with Polaris on this one and I hope to hear the outcome soon.

Glad to hear Sport! I didn't expect more then a new frame out of the deal. I'm glad they are taking care of you and can't beleive it took so long. Polaris sofar has really impressed me with how well they are taking care of this machine.

How far off was your machine? I haven't measured mine yet, but I know it's off... I also measured two others at my dealer and both were off... one was by 1/4" the other by 3/4".

Tld-pred, Mate I would of been impressed only if -

1. he got a new bike straight away.

2. he got a new frame and compensation like 50% off any polaris gear

End result ---one impressed customer, easy huh?

Good luck Sport,

Geoff.

Holy Crap!!!!! Check out my thread, "Front end not level" or something like that under "Suspension". I'm going to take mine to the dealer this weekend and see wht happens. I've always know about the front end coming up at different times but just never put two and two together. Did you ever get a new frame Sport?
