I tightned mine to about 45ft lbs. Hey you could always snug em at 40 lbs since its right in the middle. Its no life or death situation there.

You would think that the swingarm would be right and the manual a misprint. As long as you arent bending the brackets then its doing no harm.

Anybody else have different size eccentric bolts? I ask cause my eccentric bolts are different sizes. One of my bolts is a 14mm bolt and one is a 15mm bolt? Same prob when I tried usin standard sizes, one 9/16 and one 5/8 or something. Which is right to use, metric or standard? Thanks guys

Excuse my french, but that bolt set up sucks. Mine are also different sizes. The bolt is a different size from the nut..."WTF is that all about??" LOL

One pinch bolt will not torque, it just keeps tighting down. Im taking it back to the dealer next weekend for that and those crappy ball joints. :)

Torque to 35 polaris made a mis print in manual if u go to 45 you will lose bearings in axle believe me has happened twice to me and once to my buddy
