Tina, what size sprockets are you looking to get? I want to get the 13 tooth front sprocket myself. Is there a certain one not to get? I looked at the website of sprocket specialists and it seems a little confusing on how/what to order. thanks in advance.
I'm not sure what problem you could have had Tina. I got mine from them. I don't know if what they list now as a 13 tooth is the same as when I got mine back in January, but it is actually the sprocket for a 2002 Honda XR 650L. Mine is geared at 13/39 and I really like it. I suppose 13/38 would be pretty good too. I know I don't care for the stock gearing, for me...to tall.
I just went to their website. Part number 564 is the correct part number. It's listed for the Honda and the Predator. What is wrong with the ones they sent you? If you order the Honda 650R sprocket, that is wrong, it's the 650L.
I dunno........ three of the guys tried to pout it ion, and you can clearly see from looking at it it dont fit? Did you have to modify it at all????? So they sent us out another one and it too wouldnt fit.....your right. gearing it too tall but I think having a pipe helped a little bit and I rev out quicker,so im gonna wait on the sprocket.looks like honda is on back order for a few weeks, so gives me some time to mess with jetting
