I've read several reports that there may be a Sportsman 800, possibly with EFI, for 2004. Anybody have any more info on this?

Not that I'd buy one necessarily, I'm just curious!

Thats what i've been hearing too. In fact, there is a respected member on another forum who talks like it's a go for 04. Then when you go to Ebay, you see dealers putting up new 03 sp700 with a buy now of $6400. Thats $1100 of retail. I also heard it could come as soon as next month. If they do come out with one, it will be in my garage.

An 800? OMG! I dragged race a 700 with my EX last summer. Tell ya what, the 700 never lugged too far behind.

I'm startin to hear more and more that Polaris might be making a dirtbike?? If they come out with an 800 Sportsman I'll be on the waitin list again just like for the predator.
