Just did my first motocross race this weekend. Had a great time and did not crash. However, I found that with my proarmor nerfs and Sidi boots, I couldn't get my boot under the shifter to upshift. I removed the shifter arm and rotated it up as far as it would go (hit the case at the upper end of travel). I ended up upshifting with the sole of my boot which was quite a challenge in the rougher sections of the track. Has anybody else had this problem? Does anyone sell an aftermarket shifter arm? ( I need a longer and more upwardly angled shifter)

Maybe try adjusting your nerf webbing. Its just preference but I keep the left side loose and the right side tight.

are you guys wearing riding boots? I always wear boots and on every other quad I've had I always move the lever up. the predator came as a perfect fit for shifting with boots, I just attributed it to polaris's research into racing.

Hmm...I wear Red Wings when I ride and the shifter is high but with my riding boots on it is way way way way not enough space for my fat ass foot to fit uner the shifter comfortably without accidentally shifting it.
