The Edelbrock I'm sure will be a nifty piece, the folks over at the performance side of Mikuni swear the HSR will do wonders. Another source tells me there's another nifty screamer on it's way too. Early stages, lot's going on.

n20boy... go into your browser settings (Tools > Internet Options) and click on the Settings button. Then choose "Every Visit to the Site" under where it says, "Check for new versions of stored pages." Click OK as needed and then your posts should show up.

They are testing my quad with the K&N clamp on filter after they do it with the stock stuff. I'll be finding out soon if the clamp on does help or not. I see no point in spending a needless 100 bucks on an airbox mod from superbike shop.

I am not sure about a swirl effect, but I have heard that the stock carb requires a certain amount of pressure to operate correctly and that in certain areas people were haiving problems with the clamp on k/n because you do not have the pressure.

jsyi, let me know how the edelbrock worksout with the clamp on, I plan on using that set-up as soon as they get done with your bike so I can get my carb. You will have the very first production unit, so were all counting on you for some feedback. lol
