Just got back from the Beverly Sand Dunes in washington. Me and 4 buddies went riding on our new bikes for the first time together. 2 months ago we all had 400ex's and everyone wanted to get faster bikes and we all went in different directions.
heres the scoop on the other bikes....
the banshee is a 2004 it has the complete toomey tr-6 kit.
all other bikes are stock.
we raced up the small comp hill and I had no problem winning every race. then we went to the drag strip and it is long, at least 300 yards.
I won every race, hands down. the cannondale was finishing second and the banshee third.
my friend who was starting us took some photos at the finish line and I will post them on my profile when I get them.
We raced from a rolling start to take away the sand tire advantage and I still had no problem with anyone of the bikes.
I was able to catch and pass the cannondale at top speed across the dunes. (I was using 13/38 gears)
