Just was checking out some things today and i discovered that the chaise skid, a arm guards, swing arm guards front & rear grab bar and nerf bars from Polaris was over $1,300 and from DG was Under $600 now i don't know about you guys but i think this is a rip !!!!!!!!! if i had known the prices b4 hand i would of ordered from DG but i just told my dealer what i wanted and they gave me a price

Those are list prices for the Pure Polaris gear. Normally if you purchase the gear from the dealer you bought your quad from, they'll knock off a large chunk. Never hurts to shop around though.

my dealer did not take of any.. i wish i would of shopped around it dont feel good knowing you spent around $600 on air

I returned all of my skidplates for that same reason (though I did get a discount), plus the fact that since I ride it almost entirely in sand, I didn't really need the skidplates. And the times I have actually ridden on trails, the skids simply haven't been needed. I avoid the rocky stuff and save it for my 4x4 quads...

I have to agree that the prices for the pure polaris stuff is way too high, but I have to admit they are high quality. The design of the swingarm is good because of the fact you leave on the plastic skid. I can vouch for them saving the swingarm on mine. There are some nasty ass rocks here. All of the aftermarket skids require the removal of the stock plastic skid. I have already broke the polaris skid, but after repairing and gusseting it will never break.

I think Pure Polaris stuff is crappy anyways compared to what you can get for the same price elsewhere. For the price of PP nerfs you can get the AC pro pegs, and for the price of their stupid roosters you can get haulers and razorbacks. So you can get pretty much anything better for cheaper.
