I'm planning on buying some nerfs and was looking for some sugestions or comments on which of these are better or how they compare? rocky mountain has the pro armors for $176 , but does anyone know where you can get ac pro peg nerfs cheapest?
I have pro Armor I like them better than the original AC I haven't seen the redesigned AC's. The Pro Armor heal gaurd I like a lot better that the original AC. I have a picture of them in my profile.
thats what i liked about the pros also .the heel gaurds look better im just hesitant because i know acs have excellent pegs, can handle abuse and are well tested. does anyone know if there is much of a weight diff?
I too have the Pro Armour and like them so well on the Predaotr ,that Im getting rid of my Ac off my 400ex and going to buy Pro Armour...They are soooo durable .......TINA
I think adding the Pro Armor Nerfs reduced the weight on the quad. Thier really light and the stock heal gaurd is pretty heavy. I was really suprised at how heavy, the steel reinforcement of the stock heal gaurd is the heavy part.
I have the AC pro pegs with the heel guards and I'm pretty happy with them. Just get what you think looks the best, they are all pretty good. Nerf bars are a great addition. The DG's look great with the stock heel guards.
I just put the Pro Armor nerfs on yesterday and man, the stock heelguards are HEAVY!!!! I bet I didn't gain ANY weight because of removing the stock heelguards.
I wonder what the AC Pro Pegs and Heel Guards weigh? I'm thinking you could lose some weight by using those if you didn't want/need nerfs...
