I've had a set of Pro Armor nerfs for about 5 months now and have a break in the heel guard. Someone else posted on a diff. forum that they had the same problem. 2 posts later there was a reply from Ray at Pro Armor saying to contact him if there was anyone with a prob. I called today and Ray told me to send them back and they would repair or replace them no charge. Thats what I call customer service. I just wanted everyone to know there are still companys that still care about the customer. I was so pleased with the way they are handling this that I bought a swingarm guard for my scrambler from Pro Armor
