Does anyone know where to find guards for the rear shock resevoir and the battery? These two parts are way too exposed for my liking. I swear I have seen them somewhere on one of my bleary eyed explorations of ATV web sites. I just don't remember where!

Thanks.

Hey Stretch,
Here is a site that has a cover for the rear shock resevoir and the battery. They are pretty damned awesome looking i must say. I don't have them myself yet though. They are polished pieces!! Hope this helps.

stretch: If you get the battery guard keep us updated on it. I was thinking of getting one also. But for the picture of them it looked to tinie. Look to me like if you took a hit there it would just bend into the battery. You would think someone would have made a guard for the rectifier, regulator. Having it sit right under the battery box was'nt a good idea. One good hit and it's gone, I'll be moveing mine soon. It would also have to be a big hit in the rear to take out the rear shock resevoir. By then your rear can would be gone. I know I'm on num.2 already (stock can). Something to think about is the front bumper. I got the polaris one. I wanted one that would protect the fronts shocks & rezzies well. I had the stock bumper on and rear-end someone and messing up somes threads on one of my shocks. Luckly I was able to hack-saw them (little dings) out. Besides with the polaris bumper and with the lights on the shadow looks like a coba head and fangs. Or maybe it's the beer.LOL

Thanks for the prompt responses. Both of the sites have different stuff. Now I think I will be picking up a coolant overflow bottle protector as well. I have the PRM radiator scoops and they are nice, but maybe the Rath Racing set has it over them because ot protects this at the same time.

I just got this thing and it is quickly becoming a freakin' obsession!
