Has anyone seen these in the October issue of ATV Sport? what exactly are they? Shocks without springs? I cant seem to get any info off foxracingshox.com

They use them in snowmobiles and on mountain bikes. I guess the work okay but i would be worried about poking a hole in one of the rubber bladders. You do, and you're done.

Hmm..ok well on their website they say "We are currently developing our FLOAT technology for the ATV market.Check back soon"

From the pictures you dont see the rubber bladder..who knows..

I think they're like the old air shocks guys used to put on a Camaro in the old days. I don't know if they still make them.
If you had tires that were too wide to fit in the wheel well then you put these air shocks on and pump them up till you clear the wheel well. They had a very bouncy ride.
