I just bought my predator a few weeks ago. Have K/N + W/B. Just took it out to MX practice session at local track. This is the first time I have been on a track, and can't wait to go back. Did some small jumps, but was nervous to get any big air. What do you recommend for the shock settings (preload, etc)? I have the stock suspension. Probably won't ever race competitively, just like cruising around the track.

ALOT DEPENDS ON YOUR WEIGHT. I RIDE SOMEWHAT AGGRESSIVELY AND WEIGH 215 Lbs. I HAVE THE FOX RESERVOIRS ALL AROUND AND HAVE THE PRELOAD SETUP REALLY STIFF. I ALSO HAVE THE COMPRESSION SET ON A STIFFER SETTING. IF I PLAN JUST RUNNING AROUND THE WOODS, I WILL SOFTEN IT UP ALOT. THE PRED IS REALLY STABLE AND JUMPS GREAT. IT IS VERY FORGIVING ON LANDINGS AS WELL. JUST BEWARE THAT WHEN YOU LAND FLAT/LEVEL YOU WILL SURELY FEEL IT. A LITTLE NOSE UP OR DOWN IS ALOT BETTER.

Hey predatormx I race my predator on a local mx track. I weigh 175lbs. I have three inches of thread showing on the front shocks. I have the rebound set fifteen clicks from closed and run my rezzie on five.
