I'd like to know if anyone has run the K&N clamp on in the mud or near water... I don't hit a whole lot of water or mud and when I do I take it slow. I want a kick ass intake system but don't want to buy the over-priced Airforce kit. what do you think? Can I get away with running the K&N with waterproof outerwears? Maybe with 2 outerwears just in case??

Yep the waterproof outerwears should do it. I dont see why it shouldnt 2 would probably be even better.
