anyone know how many turns out the air mixture screw has to be for a 155 jet? i already have the pipe and k&n, and dont want to spend the money on a jet kit if i dont have to.
There is no set amount off turns for the air screw with any givin main jet size, just play with it until you get it right. I would say screw it in until lightly seated, then back it out one turn, go in half turn incriments from there.
on ringmisters i found that polaris sealed the air screw at the factory. I took a dremmel and ground it down until the brass filler fell out and a screw with slot appeared. you have to take about 1/8" off the top.
