Okay, I know this is an old one but... I just got an HMF slip on and I will be running an open element filter (no air box - similar to the Hot Seat kit). From what I have read here jetting should be 170 main 50 pilot. Any Idea on needle setting or air screw? How about the Dynojet needle, Is it worth the cost? I ride mostly at sea level (Pismo Beach). I just want to get it right the first time. I know someone else has already figured this out. Thanks.

I have been happy with dyno jett kit.I am running stage three in one pred it does good and with the dyno jet kit when you change thing around and want diff mods you have all the diff jets to move up or down.
