I just got my Pred back today from the dealer because it was getting new piston rings and valves put in under warrenty because of my airbox cracking and breaking out of the frame. So we brought it home and I unloaded it and took it up to our driveway to wash it (it was pretty dirty when I took it in). I was going up and noticed it wasnt shifting right. I parked it and tried shifting and my shifter is sticking down when I down shift and up when I upshift. Its shifting very notchy and like I said, the shifter sticks up and down, BAD! What should I do? This is like the millionth thing I would be calling my dealer on. Give me your advice on this!

Sounds like your dealer did not put you machine together right, or a bent shift fork. A common problem on all early Predators. See the forum transmission problems.

The dealer should not have had to touch the transmission to put in a new piston, rings, and valves. It sounds to me like you've broken a return spring on your shift shaft.
