Hi guys, I am new to Quads and this forum. I have a 2000 sportsman 335 that had been resting in storage for 15 years. I got it the passed fall. Plowed a bit of snow the winter and now I want to change all of the oils. Have completed the Transmission and the front hubs, but I have been given information by my polaris dealer (actually I contacted several) that is causing confusion. All the videos from sites on Youtube, and forums like this all say to use Angle drive fluid. The dealers say to use Demand drive. I told them that before 2004 these quads take Angle Fluid. They say that they are looking on the computer and the 2000 sportsman 335 have N/A where it says Angle fluid. One dealer said to go ahead and use the Angle in the front gearcase and demand in the hubs. My quad has hubs that are engaged by flicking a switch on the handlebars (AWD On), but they do have the oil ports for checking and changing oil. Please help clear up the confusion.
