i havent notice it when i was in the woods or on durt trails but when i went to stop on the road or something similiar to a road that my front brags stick and and dragg abit be4 i come to a full stop any suggestions .....

Its a common problem. If Im hearing you right, your saying the pads are grabbing alot even when your not on the brakes ? Removing the shims from behind the front brake pads have been suggested before with some success.
