i have about six hours on my predator. The problem started when it was idleing it would ocasionally make a clanking noise like a piece of metal was lose in my motor. It is getting progressivly worse. when it heats up you can hear it more often. now it will not stay running at idle and when i rev it up it pops and backfires.
engine poping and wont idle all stock 6 hours on it

Quick trip to the dealer could be good.

Mine was acting funny several weeks ago. I thought it was the elevation change. (from Ohioland to pa) It turned out to be that the fuel **** wasnt pointed exactly to the "on" position. It was off just a hair.
