I have the clamp on filter installed the dynojet kit last night I run at sealevel so I used the 170 jet and put the needle in the #2 position like the instructions said. it seems to pop sometimes not all the time at the top of a gear. Should I move the needle up a notch? Do I need to change the float level? Thanks in advance.

I ride in Marlton at a friends house where we have some nice jumps built, and there's some trails from his back yard. I also go to Manahawkin, Collins Lake (getting shady though), and the NJORVP when I'm feeling rich. I'm down to go wherever. You have any good spots?

Sohog, no I haven't had a chance to play with it since and nobody has given me any ideas. I'm going to get to it this weekend. It might even be the crappy cdi box. I need to get some ride time on it to see how it reacts in different conditions. I must saw I was amazed how much power it gained from it. Nothing is better than pulling the front towards the sky in 3rd. Hopefully with a pipe I can get it to be that way in 4th. I'm also going to pull the end cap out of my stock pipe for the time being, just to see what happens

Hey NJ, I saw a thread with the exact setup and altitude in which he say's it's perfect. Polaris WB slip on with all eight discs and silencer, Dynojet kit stage 111, 175 main jet, needle 2nd slot from the top, mix screw 3.5 turns out, and a 38 tooth rear sprocket. He swears it's perfect...I'm going to try it this weekend...

Sohog, I got some riding in this weekend and I'm not going to change a thing, didn't pop on me once, so the other day it must have been a freak thing. My Pred rips with this set up. 170, 2nd slot, and 3 turns out, it is the stage three set up. Weelies in almost any gear, and just walks away from other bikes

So, I hope it works for you as well as it did for me, I went out again yesterday after work with a few friends. The only one even close was my buddy on a '03 CR250.
