Just got done putting in the new jet needle, currently I am running a .175 in the main.I think I can go higher but i'll have to tear off the gas tank and check the plug!!UUGGGGGHHH! If you guys are looking for some more power for your Pred this is definately the way to go. I took it out today for a test spin and it's like riding a whole new quad. The throttle response is almost too fast, making it rev harder. Now my predator gives out midrange power so similar to the Banshee, the dyno jet kit will make your pred feel more like a banshee in the top and a grunty raptor in the bottom. For just less than 50 bucks and 10% power gains this is definately worth it. I don't know how good the K&N jet kit compares to this one but it puts out massive power in the third gear to fith gear acceleration. I would have never believed that a simple needle change and higher jet would give this big of a response. If none of you have gotten a jet kit yet, and are looking forward to getting the edge over raptors than this will be the trick.

I am running the dynojet kit with a pro pircuit slip on and a 165 main with a K&N drop in filter. One thing I found with the dyno jet kit was their numbers was way off on the main but once I fiquired that out and jettied it up it seems to have really picked the bike up

k&n makes the dynojet kit, they do not offer any other. My bike ran like **** with there kit and with raths kit, I used rath's pilot and dynojet's needle with a 160 main, all is well now, for some reason my float was out of adjustment, but is fine now. I had to put the snorkel back on, after rath told me that was not the problem, but it runs again and runs very strong. Now if I could just get a cdi to let it rev another 1000 rpms everything would be great.

Hey Tina, The only cdi out right now is the Vortex CDI, X-10.
http://www.vortex-performance.com.au/products.htm Their web site says the Predator cdi will be coming soon, but it's already out, they just didn't up date the web site.
It is very advanced in that it has 10 programable curves and what we all want for our Predators an adjustable rev. limiter. Cost $350 and is worth every penny. The only US distributor is Mountian Racing in Riverside California mtracing.com I think they are out so you'll have call Vortex directly, they're in Australia. Wolf will have one out in a few months with two curves and an adjustable rev. limiter. But if you have to have i now it's the Vortex. Rath is having Wolf make one for him to sell. It will be a version of Wolf's cdi soon, Rath's will be non-adjustable and fixed with an all around good curve and a fixed higher rev. limiter, or so I was told when I called him awhile back when I wanted to get mine.

I'm looking forward to the new CDI box, but I tried the DynoJet kit and went back to stock jetting after a day and a half. The thing just sputtered all the time, at part and full throttle. I even followed their instructions explicity for my elevation.

I suppose I could try it again and try to lean it out some more, but I dunno if I want to put myself through it again. The problem is that the sputtering only happens on the dunes, where the quad gets a much harder workout, so I have to do all of my tuning there.
