I run my front around 9 turns down from 'loose'. the rear I set the sag at 30% of the travel, so far no problwem, track trail and soon dunes, though I run the rear on the 8th click when on the track and the 5th when on trails, prolly run about 3 or 4 at the dunes. and I'm 260 lbs
