I have had to adjust my chain like 5 times already, and I have only had the quad 4 months! Anyone else have this problem?

most chains will stretch quite a bit when new, requiring you to tighten little by little as it stretches. mine has stretched quite a bit more than other quads that I've owned. there are a few companies that offer pre-stretched chain, but I have never used one to say how they compare.

I had that problem with my Scrambler. that is, until I put a Renthal gold chain on it. I tightened it one time after the initial stretch, never had another problem.

They really stretch in the beginning! How many hours do you have on yours 4 months can mean anything. I'v had mine since December 19th and just broke the 10 hour mark.

i had the ten hour mark gone the day after i got it. i am willing to bet that i put 15 to 20 hours a week on this quad, no ****!
