Just bought my daughter an 07 Outlaw 525 IRS. Seems like a good bike with one curiosity, so far. It has significant deceleration when you let off the gas. More than my Raptor 700, or even my previous built, high compression Raptor. Is there anything that can be done to soften or reduce the deceleration quality?
Thx.

Verify the sprocket gearing is close to stock. Smaller front sprocket or larger rear with cause higher ratio and decel./accelerate faster.
Then I would strongly consider checking the clutch basket bearing as mentioned in my reply to your noisy eng./trans. concerns. That is a potentially linked to this decel. concern if you consider the trans. forces and torque at play for the gearbox.
