I don't agree that the Pred. is too new for aftermarket parts. Look at the
Kawi 700 there was stuff developed before the bike even hit the show room!!!
I've thought about this and have come to the conclusion that Polaris doesn't want to share the after market parts sales with anybody (pure polaris). Don't get me wrong eventually you will see more after market parts out there.
The other manufacturers Suzuki, kawi, honda, probably give the after market companies a bike to do the R&D for production of after market parts.
I guess there are (2) schools of thought (1) help the after market companies develope the parts and get a lot of exposer like in Dirt Wheels where every other page has a Suz. or Kawi. after market ad and the other (1) is Polaris who wants to sell their own parts.
