Can anyone give me some help installing these things. They didnt even come with instructions...gave up yesterday but want to try again Saturday. Email is [email protected] or [email protected] Thanks in advance
I just installed these 2 days ago on my predator i will email you and see if i can give you a hand. They don't fit perfectly. you will have to do some pushing and pulling but you will be very pleased with the end result.
mine didnt come with instructions either, but the guy in the parts dept says once you slip it on the the black mount where the stock foot pegs are mounted, you need to drill a hole for each one and thats where that long bolt goes through. hope that helps dude.
just got mine, havent installed yet, but i noticed no instructions for mine either, my buddy has ac's on his pred though, so i can just ask him if it goes wrong.
Just started installing them on mine. It came with instructions but they were almost impossible to read. The black mount can be installed upside down. I had to loosely mount the front and then play with the black mounts, swap them side to side to get the best fit. Once you finally get them installed you'll need to drill a 3/8 inch hole thru the foot peg and black mount. It takes 2 people to stretch the nerf bar and get the black mount bolts in and it's a BI***! Good luck...
I bought some a couple months ago and ended up sending them back. It was a bs installation. I know some people luv them. But I opted out, they seemed cheap to me.
I agree they are bear to install without any instructions, but they look really nice once you are done. Well worth the money I think. I mounted the rear section first and leave it loose. Then install the front bolts. I installed mine in 30 minutes without any help. You just need to use a awl or screw driver to help align the front holes and slip the bolts in.
