Has anyone used the AAEN exhaust on their pred? They have a couple of pipe setups that run really reasonable priced, one is a 5 hp gain and the other is a 7 they say. Just checking to see if anyone heard of them before or not.

AAEN Performance is a company that has been around for years. They are a Polaris specialty shop and their stuff is usually top notch. I haven't heard anything about their Predator pipe yet. From everthing I have read, a 5hp gain on the Predator is pretty good. Usuall the gains are down low where the Predator needs it. I'm waiting to see a pipe comparison before I spend the money for a pipe. The stock one flows pretty well at high RPMs. It just doesn't sound really cool like an aftermarket pipe. Hot Seat is another Polaris specialty shop that does good work.

I spoke with the people at aaen performance and they stated those numbers are seat of the pants feel, and not dyno numbers. They do not have the correct fixtures for their dyno to dyno the predator due to it not being belt drive like other polaris atvs. These belt drive units are dynoed from the output shaft on the motor.
