Superbike's 580 kit. I have the airforce kit also. The 580 kit was $378 for parts + I had to ship the cylinder to gary at superbike to bore and reselve = $100. The total will be over $500 with the overnighting fee's.

The carb has already been done. New main jet, piolt jet, bored slide, lowered float, ect. It's called the airforce kit from superbike. In my profile there is pictures of the air box mods will also have to make with the kit.

That's ok rob if you don't think the 580 bore kit will do anything, I guess a 30% increase in power is nothing to you. By the way just to let you know I did order the valve job head port and flow package also. Now that will total a 40% increase in power. Almost double the power ;)

go to esuperbikeshop.com click on predator, then click on predator message board. look under 580 kit pics. Also you can call gary with your questions. I don't know how to explain it.

Why are you guys against Gary and anyone who uses his products? I'm going to just quit posting the mods I do from superbike and any other aftermarket parts. Most people don't care anyway they just want to rip on them. I'm not complaining, I'm just not going to waste my time anymore.

Everyone will soon know about the 580 and different head mods in a magazine soon. I know the dyno numbers and all you gary haters get ready to eat your words. This bike is a monster now. Prink you are right on..gary dosen't sell **** unless it performs.

Have him send down his head and cams. Have gary port and flow the head, have him get garys vales. Also get the w/b pipe and run the back plates like gary states. Just tell Gary to have what meyerz done to his head. That is serious power I hope your friend is not a newbie. Make sure you follow instructions about how to install the head gasket.

My 580 is back, installed and broke in. I am running at about 65-68 HP. I have not ran my machine on a dyno but with what I had done gary said it will fall between those #'S. I have been searching for a dyno for quads in my area, but all I can find is a dyno for motorcycles. As far as low end it will about rip your arms off at WOT shifting through the gears. Ask gary about what he did to my head as well. You might want to get that done also. Just say meyerz and he will know who and what work he did for me.
