Are the Main Jets standard for this carb, or are they specific to the BSR? My Polaris dealer is too far away but I have plenty of Yamaha and Honda shops around.

Just ask for Mikuni small round jets. Your Yamaha dealer should have them.

Thanks! One quick question for you Rocketchp, could the factory air box be used with your mod? I ask just because it would be nice to prevent splashing mud and water coming up to the filter.I'll have to look further into it. Maybe we could cut the box to fit underit, dunno?

I guess you could leave the bottom part of the box in. I didn't try it. But the top has to come off because the air filter fits directly into the snorkle.

You can leave the bottom portion of the box on to help with the splashing, it would not restrice the airflow any. You could also fab up a flat plate to bolt onto the stock lower airbox mounting points to save a bit of weight and serve the same purpous as well as look a little cleaner.
