Rath Steering Stem questions

I just picked up a (lightly) used 2009 525S with a tweaked steering stem. I just ordered a new replacement from Rath, and am hoping I may be able to get some insight on what exactly I purchased.

The OEM stem comes with the lower bearing as part of the shaft. Does the Rath stem come with a lower bearing, or will I have to source one from somewhere else? Also, I assume it will be made a little differently since the bearing is not incorporated into the stem. Does the Rath stem use the same steering stop design and plate to hold the stem in place? Just trying to make sure this is a direct bolt-on swap and will retain the use of the steering stop.

Additionally, I ordered the oversize (1-1/8") clamps to go with the new stem, and will need a new set of bars. The only option Rath gives for the stem is +1" length, which I could do without. I'd like a set of bars with a similar bend to stock, but ideally an inch lower to cancel out the increased stem height. What might be a good option for this?

Thanks
