on the front brakes take the 2 Allen bolts out and remove the rubber o-rings,the rear same thing but the calliper must be straight with the disk,the weak brake stay bends,miss aligning the caliper causing the piston to be in a bind fix for that would have a stamp shop make one out of steel.I've been running my pred now since the end of last year this way and it seems to help alot.

03 pred,lsr stem,solex bars,hpd springs,ac bumper,dg grab bar,maxi mizer foot pegs,ac nerfs,tusk heel guards,pp header,hmf pipe,clamp on foam filter,177.5 main,50 pilot,14/37 gears,front shock rezzies,rath a-arms,eye ball engineer ball joints,lsr axle,4/110 rear hubs with 18" maxxis razr on itp baja,maxxis razr cross 19" front tires,pro design kill switch,hpd thumb throttle,moose locking grips,magura hydraulic clutch,handmade shorty front brake lever,slimline rear brake rotor, handmade radiator scoops,reinforced foot pegs,yamaha kill switch for start button,hpd 558 bbk,port and polish head,falicon rod,balanced crank,complete rebuild bearing seals etc..dyna ignition,stainless steel valves and springs.
