  1. popping and backfiring

    Drivetrain
I took my pred to the dunes this weekend and had some problems. She started fine, and would rev fine, but when I'd open up the throttle in gear it'd pop and backfire. My friend said that when it did it, it'd puff out black smoke too. It didn't matter what gear I was in, anytime I'd get the...
  2. Electronic safety switch in the throttle question

    Drivetrain
I have a question about the safety switch on the throttle- how do I disconnect/go around it? I have to have my thumb on the throttle at all times or it kills the engine. I like to start the bike and put on my helmet, etc while it's warming up- kind of hard to do with one hand on the throttle...

    Fuji Big Bore

I'm a manufacturing engineer and know that it will take a five position (prong) switch, one for each wire running to the stock keyed switch, but don't know where...

    Sportsman - General
I couldn't bleed my rear brakes, even with a new Master Cylinder and everything on it. I bought the Master Cyclinder, etc. from the guys at Precision-Aircraft, makers of the Ridgerunner Buggies....they gave me a tip to bleeding the rear brake.... This is only the foot brake I am talking about...
