Default Power tongue jack?

Anybody got a power tongue jack on their trailer vs the old crank it up and down? I'm thinking about getting one just because I'm lazy lol. Also, anyone heard of an electric lifter for the tent trailers???

I had one on a 29' travel trailer once.......it worked well.
