L8tonRacing.com has started making a new heavy duty replacement sway bar for the IRS Outlaw. It is a direct bolt on kit that has a new bar, new connecting links and new mounting plates. I have one of these on my bike, it is one of the best upgrades I have done. The bar is stiffer and takes away a lot of the body roll in the corners and helps with the front end push.

L8ton is planning a group buy soon so that may help the price some. If you were to buy the new OEM parts that are included in this kit it will cost you almost as much.

Another problem is you have to buy the complete kit.
For some reason, L8ton will not sell the bar or the links
separate.

Here's another option for about half the money, and parts
can be had separate, if you just want a bar, or just want
the link assemblies. This rig is a 4140 solid, adjustable bar,
and the links are tubular 4130 with chrome moly ends.
