Default Stroker or Big Bore kit??????

I need a little help and anwsers on with one is better and why? I have found a stroker kit 100cc (Hot Seat Performance) and a Big Bore kit 110cc
(Lakes Motorsports). Can some one tell me which one is better and why? My son is into Sand Drags and I am looking to really wake it up. Last Week at Dunefest in Oregon he rolled 27 mph in 100yds. He smoked everyone that was there. Talk about a proud Dad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What about the B52 kit offered by Hetrick racing? I have only had good experiencies with Hetrick. But the Lakes Motorsports sounds really good. And the pipe and silencer look like something off a Banshee. I like it.

Watch it and call to make sure that the crank is included... because it sure doesn't say anything about it. If it is just a 54 mm piston, it will only make the 42mm stroke 90's a 96.1 cc and not the 110 advertized.
I did some quick calcs and came up with the following:

Bore - Stroke - CC's

50 - 42 - 82.4 Kasea's

52 - 42 - 89.1 Predator's

54 - 42 - 96.1

50 - 45 - 88.3

52 - 45 - 95.5

54 - 45 - 103.3

50 - 47 - 92.2

52 - 47 - 99.7

54 - 47 - 107.6

the formula to aquire the above figures is:
Bore mm X Bore mm X Stroke mm X .000785 = cc's

the closest formula I can find off using aftermarket prts is
Bore 56 Stroke 45 = 110.8
I hope this can help

I would recommend Hetrick's A kit with the B-52 head ported and polished. We just came off the TT Nationals at Ashtabula with our 90 pred. The bike ran about 48 mph down the long stretch. At the NYSATVDRA at Canadaugia we ran 44 mph in 300 ft. 6.7 seconds. Probaby could get more out of it if I geared it right but it was fast enough to run with the 250's and 350 stocks. So give'em a call 1-814-676-0477 see ya's at the races.

I don't think 90MODIFRIED knows what he's talking about. If you're interested in really competing with the best in the country. Hetrick has the parts you need to build a great running quad. And to make a comment that Hetrick is ripping anyone off is totally wrong and out of line. It just sounds like he's been beaten by Hetricks work. I know Rich Hetrick personally and he's not out to rip anyone off. He does fantastic work and builds a awesome 90 mod. Weather it's a Kasea, Suzuki or Polaris he'll build you one that will run with the best. And I'm talking about a LEGAL machine that can be raced at the National level. And he won't hold anything back so his machines win. And I know this from first hand experience. His prices aren't any different from anyone elses, as far as just ordering parts they will have them on your door step within a day or two.
To 90MODIFRIED just bring your machine to the next TT national Elizabeth City N.C. and line'em up with the best and when the dust clears we'll see where you're at. And the funny thing is, if Hetrick rips you off why are you running his parts on your machine. We see and hear people like this all the time and it gives racing and building machines a bad name. Worry about what you do and enjoy the sport. Negativity gets you no where. We're all about racing for fun ,making friends and having a good time. Clean Honest LEGAL competition. LET THE RIDERS ABILITY DECIDE WHO WINS NOT THE MACHINE.

Hey all I'm saying is you're bad mouthing a good friend of mine and of course, I stick up for my friends as would most people. And most certainly a very good person with a great reputation. And for you to bad mouth Rich Hetrick and his work indicates that you have a beef to pick or something stuck up your butt. Which ever the case, it doesn't really matter. I was originally anwsering a question about Stroker or big bore? And you had to put your two cents in about my opinion of what is the best. And anyone who is on top of racing knows that HETRICKS builds the best motors and does the best job. Proof can be found at the tracks, whether it's TT racing or MX or Drags. Just look on the ATVA Nationals website and you will see who's ATV's are on top. Anyone who knows anything about building a motor knows that porting and polishing a jug is like art work and it takes someone who is very skilled to do a great job. Rich Hetrick is your guy. And not just with 90's but all ATV's. So if anyone needs to get their facts straight and act like an adult it would be you 90MODFIED. Voicing your opinion is great, but don't put others down for voicing theirs. In otherwords mind your own business and when it concerns you someone might ask. I saw your bike and it's really nice and it looks like you've done a good job with it. See,,, I don't even know you but I can compliment you on your work and not put it down. I was taught if you don't have something good to say about someone don't say anything at all.
