Default WI - silver cliff trail

I have done tons of research on the net and i cant seem to find where sliver cliff and the dusty trail system meet up?!?! I know i have been done it before but i wasnt paying any attention on how we got there. any help would be appreciated.

Silver cliff is near crooked lake. The trail to crooked lake heads east off of the railroad grade just north of Mountain.
