2005 scrambler 500cc Rear Shock

Hello i'm new here, people call me dk, I'm in the UK, I usally offroad Land Rovers but recently brought a 2005 Scrambler 500cc, first quad first polaris and I think it's great.

The rear shock needs replacing it's got a FOX shock (ATV 1.5 series) with external reservoir, not sure if this a stock shock or if this was an upgrade?

The problem is the parts in the UK are extortionate and hard to get hold of so I need to know if I can use a Rear shock from another model for example is the Predator 500 rear shock compatible with the Scrambler 500?

What are the Eye to Eye measurements for both the Predator 500 and the Scrambler 500 and are they interchangeable?

Managed to find a firm in the UK that could help with a referb as oppose to just replacing it, mojo.co.uk
