Outlaw 90 no start, no nothing?

Hi all, so I bought a used outlaw 90 2013 for daughter. I drove it into the garage about 2 months ago and took out the battery so it wouldn't freeze. Put battery on the charger then put it back in the quad as of yesterday and nothing happened. Try to crank it over nothing. The neutral light comes on and as soon as you pull the brake in the lite goes away. Tested the battery its putting out 12.7 volts. I suspect thats lots. Tried the horn and nothing. Tried kicking it over and nothing. ???? Is it still possible that its the battery????any help would be great. Thanks

I've seen ignition switch contact points corrode and do something similar. Pull the switch and jump it.....that'll tell you if its bad or not.
