What tire size?

I just baught a 95 polaris 400 Sportsman. I will have to do some front end work to start with. I was wondering the tires on it now are 25x9.50-12 and 25x13.50-10 Super Swamper's. I am sure these are not stock. So if I go back with the same tires is it advisable? the front tires hit the guard. if it is OK then would i have to get the carb jetted or change my clutch set up. the belt looks new

i have 25 inch tires on my 1997 400 scrambler and it handles them fine. the only issue is clearance.
